Though not really an EP in fact, Lamedh: Exegesis was conceived as one as it does not center on a track in particular. Instead, as a prequel to iX-Acht's fourth album, The Exegesis EP features two original tracks and a couple of exclusive mixes for those: a special mix and an orchestral version of "(Life is made of) Traps" as well two distinct renderings of "Knowledge is My Weapon!" (whose music video had been published more than one month prior), including its demo version - as "Alpha Rendering". Finally, a remix of "We Have Become A Nation" (released originally in 2014 and 2017) Both "Traps" and "Knowledge is My Weapon!" are actually the two sides of the same coin as Lamedh follows a problem-solution structure. The title refers to the letter in the Hebrew alphabet as it symbolizes knowledge, hope and ascension.
